Our operations are funded through subscription revenue and consulting engagements, with no external venture capital or debt financing.

Subscription pricing is transparent and published on our services page. There are no hidden fees, usage caps that trigger overage charges, or mandatory long-term contracts. Clients can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel their plan at the end of any billing cycle.

Training & Workshops

Data Practices

Our Data Handling Commitment

Data is at the core of what we do, and we treat it with the highest level of care. We have established strict internal policies that govern how client data is collected, processed, stored, and eventually deleted. These policies exceed the minimum requirements set by Canadian privacy legislation.

All client data is hosted exclusively in Canadian data centres located in Ontario and Quebec. We use AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS 1.3 for data in transit. Our infrastructure undergoes regular third-party security audits, and we maintain SOC 2 Type II compliance.

We never sell, rent, or share individual client data with third parties for their own commercial purposes. The only data sharing that occurs is with the specific technology partners necessary to operate the platform (such as cloud hosting providers), and each of these partners is bound by strict data processing agreements.

PIPEDA Compliant

Full compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act, including all provincial equivalents in Quebec (Law 25), Alberta, and British Columbia.

Canadian-Hosted Data

All data resides in Canadian data centres. No client information is transferred outside of Canada unless explicitly requested and authorized by the client in writing.

No Data Monetization

We do not sell, trade, or share client data with external parties for their marketing purposes. Your data is used exclusively to provide you with analytics insights.

Regular Security Audits

Our infrastructure undergoes quarterly penetration testing and annual SOC 2 Type II audits. Results are available to enterprise clients upon request under NDA.

Data Retention Policies

Client analytics data is retained for the duration of the subscription plus 90 days. After that period, all data is permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.
